Setsu provides Wave with sales and promotional support based on over ten years in sales management in Hawaii. She has worked predominantly in the travel industry in both travel agency management and as hotel sales management. She has had great success in building a new East Asian market for one of Waikiki's best known small hotels and has been actively involved in e-business development  for the last five years. Because of her travel industry experience she also provides professional support and industry consulting for Waves travel industry clients.
